CALL TO ACTION – SUPPORT S.106, THE CHIROPRACTIC MEDICARE COVERAGE MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2025

“Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I am a constituent from [Your City and State].

I’m calling today to respectfully ask Senator [Last Name] to support and vote YES on S.106, the Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025.

This bill would modernize Medicare by allowing seniors and people with disabilities to receive the full range of chiropractic services that are already within a licensed chiropractor’s scope of practice under state law. It gives Medicare beneficiaries greater access to conservative, non-drug treatment options and helps ensure they have more choices when managing pain and musculoskeletal conditions.

Please let the Senator know that I strongly support this legislation and ask that they do everything they can to help move S.106 forward and vote in favor of its passage.

Thank you for taking the time to pass along my message, and thank you for your service.”
